As current Chair of the XBRL Global Ledger Working Group and past member of the XBRL International Standards Board, Mr. Garbellotto has helped lead the development of XBRL’s internal standards and been a strong influence on XBRL’s other developments, keeping internal needs on the radar. As a consultant, Mr. Garbellotto has been engaged by governments to help them draft and implement strategy to standardize and simplify information exchange and requirements, and to drive broader standardization and harmonization.
